Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods & Times

At Love Out Loud, we want your decks delivered safely and quickly! We offer standard shipping to most locations:

Estimated delivery times:

Australia: 4–13 business days
New Zealand: 8–13 business days
UK: 8–13 business days
Canada: 9–16 business days

Please note: some remote locations may take a little longer. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Backorders & Pre-orders: Any backorders or pre-orders will be clearly indicated on the product page.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Free shipping: All orders over $100 AUD qualify for free standard shipping.

3. Order Processing

Orders placed Monday–Friday before 11am (local time) ship the same day.
Orders placed after this time, or on weekends, will ship the next business day.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we’re not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, you can choose to:

Have the order re-shipped at your cost, or
Receive a refund minus the original shipping cost

Some remote areas may experience delays or limited shipping options. If this applies, we’ll reach out to discuss alternatives.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@loveoutloud.co within 14 days of receiving your tracking info. We’ll work with our shipping partners to make it right.
