Refund Policy
1. General
We want you to love your Love Out Loud decks! If you change your mind, you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them, with exceptions for extenuating circumstances. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please email us at paulina@byyoursidesocials.com. Returns must be sent to: Love Out Loud, Shop 13/101 Cove Blvd, Shell Cove, NSW 2529
Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Please note, items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

2. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
3. Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we don’t offer exchanges.
If your item isn’t what you expected or arrives damaged, contact us and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
4. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
